 My second project in my second year was a group project that had to be created in response to a brief from Game Anglia, where they asked us to make a game to the theme of "Mental Health".

We wanted to meet the theme of mental health by presenting it in a more passive way, as opposed to directly portraying mental health through specific issues and disorders. We wanted to do this by making a game that was relaxing to play, and in turn would improve the mental health of players like games such as Animal Crossing, Skyrim, Stardew Valley and other cozy games have done. Our biggest sources for this idea came from articles and our own experiences.

My role in this project was the Lead programmer, and I also worked as a deisgner alongside another group member- my good friend Albie. All of the dialouge was written by him.

Of course, like my other stuff this is just a prototype, but I think this game has wheels and is something I want to take further, so feedback is really appreciated!
